# Motivation

There is no way to expedite the process and achieve goals without creating personal and general motivations, there are numerous teams in the world that use Agile or other approaches to achieve their goals, they make plans and spend a lot of time and struggle with unnecessary risk’s but eventually, there is no leadership and controlling a process or real measure to decrease common wrong patterns.

# Imitation

Definitely, we are not Agile by doing things in the same manner, I think just by experience and learn from making mistakes we can be real and grow.

After defining the plan, we should organize the team base on their abilities, then we should lead the team until they have the ability to lead us in another point, it is the key thing, finally, measure the result just for help, not judgment.

# Less is More

There is no way to achieve goals without be the same side as your team. despite I think there is no right or wrong at all but being busy with a lot of things, is not the dominant goal to be on the right way, just deal with clear and less, instead of more and crazy goals. and don’t let zoom in size or features wrecks what you have.

# Personal follow up

Remember a team is a system that includes human pieces with different cultures and different habits, the only way to go fast is to care for each piece with respect and follow a growth plan.

Team members have a variety of IQs, as a Leader, you can increase performance, by separate attention to the members, using holding double sessions, and lead them through personal plans. Remember There is no predefined blueprint. The key is identifying the weaknesses of each person and resolved them.

# Meetings

Sessions should no be one direction, the art of leadership is to make a safe menta area for all, and persuade them to describe their concerns. you should listen without judgment!

Remember, sessions should not be too long, break them into 15 minutes parts, and don’t try to be logical, humans are emotional.

We said the team is a system of human pieces, it’s your responsibility to clear that members aren’t competitors, there are hundreds of competitions outside of your team, members are the muscle of one body. The real enemy is to keep going on the wrong path.

# Tools and Size

When there are too many people involved, nothing gets done. The leaner you are, the faster and better things get done.

Tools and approaches are not the main keys, humans get things done, let them be happy, and choose solutions freely.

your culture should make by your team, not copying other companies’ approaches.

This is not the end of the story…
